Overview

Rhoulder is has a heavily min-maxed stat distribution with very high physical stats and HP,  but exceptionally low values for every other stat. Rhoulder packs a diverse movepool but can struggle to use it without ally support due to its low speed. With a high base attack and neutral STAB moves Rhoulder can smash holes in the enemy team.

It's been quite a ride for Rhoulder during Arbury - the advent of Rush was a huge boon for it, letting it contend with many things that previously stopped it due to a speed advantage. Unfortunately for Rhoulder, Rush was nerfed to being a set damage attack, making it much less useful as a finisher - but pairing it with Reactive Vial has resulted in one of the most powerful tanks the game has ever seen.

Rhoulder has incredible bulk with a decent defensive and offensive typing, and functions great as a bulky offensive attacker. Stone Ball gives Rhoulder coverage, but will often be the second choice as opposed to Drill Impact and Goring, two very efficient, powerful turn one attacks. Rush can still find uses on this Rhoulder, as it's often better to take a turn to rest than it is to eat, say, an Aquatic Whirlwind from a 30 HP Ukama. Reactive Vial is very powerful on Rhoulder, but Bait and Chamomile also see play. Both traits are also used quite a bit on Rhoulder, with Thick Skin very useful against the Turbo wind teams post-1.0, and Tardy Rush useful against the heavy bulky Purgation teams.

Sparkling Bullet users like Raignet and Minothor love Rhoulder, as does buffers like Kinu. Mino and Rhoulder work very well together, as Rhoulder gives Bullet, Blackhole, and Piezoelectric Blow synergy.
